How We Gather Customer Information

• Information we receive from credit reporting agencies and other companies and agencies (such as your credit history).

Sharing Customer Information Within Image Deposit Exchange
Image Deposit Exchange includes it’s parent company Infinity Data Corporation. Information we share with Infinity Data Corporation includes:
• Information based on your transactions with us (for example, check processing and authorization data ) and contact information (such as your name and address).
• Credit information received from you (such as information from your application) to evaluate your
eligibility for various services (for example, check processing services at a special rate).

Collected Information The Exchange Will Not Share
We do not share 3rd party customer data collected during the electronic checking process.
• The only 3rd party information collected by The Exchange during the electronic check scanning process is customer bank information.
• Customer bank information collected during the process of check scanning (such as account number, routing number and amount) is not shared.

Sharing Customer Information Outside of Image Deposit Exchange
We do not provide customer information to companies outside of The Exchange, except as outlined below. You do not need to request this confidentiality; it is our standard practice. In order to serve your needs, we may provide all of the information we gather to:
• Companies that perform business operations for us (such as statement printing).
• Companies that act on our behalf to market our services, or financial institutions with whom we have entered into a joint marketing agreement in order to provide you with valuable products and services.
• Others as permitted or required by law (such as to protect against fraud or in response to a subpoena).

Your Privacy Choices at Image Deposit Exchange
Because we recognize that you may wish to limit the ways in which we contact you for marketing purposes, we offer the following options. You can choose not to be contacted for marketing purposes by:

For example, if we notice unusual activity on your account, we may contact you to verify your transaction activity and confirm you authorized them. If you choose not to be contacted by direct mail for marketing purposes, you will continue to receive the marketing
information that accompanies your usual account mailings and statements.

Image Deposit Exchange (or The Exchange), includes Infinity Data Corporation. This Privacy Statement applies to both companies unless an Image Deposit Exchange representative provides notice that a separate Privacy Statement applies to that company. Our policies for sharing customer information, both within and outside of The Exchange as described above, also apply to all of the information we have gathered about former customers of The Exchange. This Privacy Statement explains how we handle and protect information and replaces any Privacy Statements previously provided. The Privacy Statement applies only to consumers who are customers or former customers of The Exchange or Infinity Data Corporation and have established relationships with Image Deposit Exchange or Infinity Data Corporation. The policies and practices described in this Privacy Statement are subject to change, but we will notify you if there are significant changes. This Privacy Statement is issued as of January 2007.
