Your role will be leveraging your banking relationships to build long term partnerships with the bank and it’s customers for ACH and Remote Deposit Capture services. Job Description:
The ideal person for this job still gets up in the morning with a “passion” about solving their customer’s problem, and can use their bank relationships to leverage our unique RDC solutions. Reporting to the Sr. VP Financial Institutions you are responsible for all sales activities in the bank relationship market segment.
Building the Banking Vertical
You will be responsible for developing and implementing partner strategies to grow company revenue within the banking and financial industry. 
• Leverage your banking and treasury relationships to engage key personnel and build
• relationships; communicate company vision and product potential; negotiate

business contracts. 
• Develop a market strategy, forecast, and sales plan; formulate sales and marketing
•
initiatives; advocate cross-product integrations and cross selling opportunities. 
• Direct responsibility for achievement of sales revenue targets; provide leadership to

manage client expectations and successfully drive the banking vertical program to

meet targeted sales goals.
Direct Sales Team:
• Successful track record of evaluating, hiring, and retaining high-performance sales

teams in competitive solution selling environments.

Job Requirements:
To be qualified you must have at least 10 years experience in progressively more responsible sales positions with a history of exceeding targeted sales revenue objectives. 
Must have a minimum of 10 years selling to the banking industry at the highest levels of the organization. 
• A measurable, highly successful level of experience selling bank products,
• services and solutions.
• Strong bank Rolodex.
• Proven record of success in meeting goals and growing a region.

Compensation:

Responsibilities
On a day to day basis, this individual will be responsible for building out the Mid-Market customer base for Electronic Payment Solutions.
Sales Experience:
- Prior W2 history in the 100k+ range
- 5 + years selling into Mid-Market companies
- A Rolodex of Mid-Market customers where you are considered a business partner
- New revenue dollars in excess of 5 million (dollar volume) per month
- Skilled at cold calling and lead generation required
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong closing skills
- Typical sales cycle 30 to 60 days
- Stable track record of success in this environment
- Solid analytical and processing skills
- Stable work history
Compensation:
Generous Base, plus Commission, Car Allowance; Total Comp. between 110k-120k
